大家好!何谓工匠精神?工匠精神就是专注敬业，一丝不苟，精益求精，至臻完美。大凡有工匠精神支撑的企业与产品，一定是有美誉度的。瑞士的各类名表、奥地利的施华洛世奇水晶都是工匠精神的体现，至今驰誉全球，经久不衰。上海曾是我国制造业的重镇，上海制造一度是信得过产品的代名词，特别在上世纪五六十年代，上海牌手表、蝴蝶牌缝纫机、凤凰牌自行车以及培罗蒙西服、蓝棠女式皮鞋等等，就是上海制造的标杆，背后闪耀着上海的工匠精神，为全社会所敬仰和追慕。今天讲上海的城市精神，我认为形成上海风格并在全国独占鳌头的就是上海的工匠精神，这是上海城市精神中的核心元素。正是这种工匠精神曾使上海成为中国制造业的高地，成为中国品牌的高地，成为中国工匠辈出的高地。令人遗憾的是，上海人过去一贯以追求生活品质的精细化“讲究”和生产工艺的精细化“讲究”而著称，现在这种“讲究”往往变成“将就”。这种变化某种程度上与城市工匠精神的式微相关联。
上世纪九十年代初我去英国访问，到bbc苏格兰总部参观，主人告诉我这栋办公大楼已装修快三年了。我表示怀疑，因为这是简单型装修，何以这么旷日持久?主人告诉我，装修公司认为必须对自己装修的过程负责，对最终装修的结果负责，每个方位都有严格标准，每个过程都有严格程序，不能偷工减料，草率完工，否则宁愿不做。也是那个年代，我去东京访问，东京fm电台的台长在一家很高级的法国餐厅请我吃饭，给我印象很深的是旁边一位穿黑色礼服的招待员，身材颀长，举止得体，令人刮目。11年以后，我再去东京，原东京fm电台的台长又在当年的法国餐厅请我吃饭，而在一旁侍候的招待员竟然还是当年的他，尽管头发已经花白，但还是那样举止彬彬。我们彼此都认出了对方。这种坚守爱岗，这种职业精神，就是工匠精神在服务业的体现。
工匠精神其实是一种职业诉求和产品诉求。所谓职业诉求，就是培养从业人员的敬业感和荣誉感，使他们不仅仅将职业作为一种谋生手段，而且作为一种事业追求，一种工作荣耀，一种生命守望。他们对待自己所从事的工作认真负责，尽职尽能。而这种职业态度是基于对自己所从事的这份工作的热爱与投入的基础上的。正是在这份执着坚守之中，他们也享受着社会对他们的职业认同，以及工作本身带给他们的乐趣与荣耀。上世纪五六十年代上海的七级八级技工不但得到社会的尊重，同时也收获了相应的地位和待遇。从这一意义上，我非常赞赏央视的纪录片《大国工匠》，社会应该为这些精英喝彩。社会对精英的定义不能只局限于政治人物、科学人物、文化人物等，理所应当还应该包括技能岗位上的优秀人物。有一次与上海第二工业大学领导交谈，他很自豪谈到他们学校的优秀校友代表：包起帆、李斌。这些上海的“工匠”，不仅应该成为应用型大学的骄傲，也应该成为上海的骄傲、全社会的骄傲。所谓产品诉求，就是从产品设计到产品生产，再到产品检验，直至产品面市，乃至包含消费者使用体验，整个产品链都是一种不断追求完善、精美和极致的过程。换句话说，就是工匠精神不能仅仅体现在产品的末端，还应该体现在产品的全过程。让产品始终引领时代，引领潮流，引领审美。
工匠精神是一种内在的力量，而标杆性人物、标杆性品牌和标杆性企业实际上是工匠精神的外化，也是中国制造所孜孜以求的文明特质。由于中国的工业文明姗姗来迟，因而现今我们提出弘扬工匠精神就是要修补中国在早期工业文明时的缺失。在现代工业文明的重塑中，举起工匠精神的旗帜，就是营造社会氛围、累积心理沉淀、提升实业精髓，为工匠精神的崛起夯实基础。现代企业的文化和理念已不再一味追求大而全，而更注重特而精、特而优，这就无形中形成对工匠精神的呼唤。一批注重高品质、高性能而不吝高价格的中国消费群体正在形成，他们也会形成对工匠精神的呼唤。提倡工匠精神应该也必将成为我们社会的自我追求。

你们好!
在百花盛开的五月，我们又一次迎来了属于我们自己的节日“5，12国际护士节”。今天，当我们团聚在这里的时候，我的内心涌动着一股无言的欣喜，因为我也有幸站在了白医天使的队伍中，成了时刻与生命通行的人了。
时光荏苒，斗转星移，转眼间我踏入护理工作已经两年多了。类风湿科是我从象牙塔走向临床工作的第一站。我在这里学到了很多东西，不管是技术上的还是心理意识上的。类风湿属于自身免疫性疾病，被人称为“治不好的肿瘤，死不了的癌症”我们每天面对的是始终站在生死边缘的人，是饱受疾病折磨与摧残的人。每当看到他们那一个个痛苦而又无奈的表情，我的内心充满了自责，感到自己是那样的渺小与无能为力。心有余而力不足!
所以当时我就想，我虽治不好他们的病，但是我一定要尽心竭力帮助他们减轻痛苦。于是我对自己提出了更高的要求：静脉穿刺，抽血尽可能的做到一针见血，肌肉注射尽量做到无痛注射，可是当注射器针头刺入肌肉的时候又怎会不疼呢?于是我就开始琢磨，比如进针的手法，转移病人的注意力等等。在主任及护士长的带领下，我们又开始了心理护理，多与病人交流，让他们不再寂寞，不再压抑。
一年的时间过的好快，20xx年8月22日我又被调到了产房工作。产房是一个危险科室，也是一个技术性科室，工作极富有挑战性。我们面对的是即将要成为母亲的人，我们必须严密观察产程，确保新生儿顺利安全的到来。工作的特殊性要求我们必须具有很强的责任心。因为你手上我的是两个人的生命，容不得半点疏忽。由于分娩的时间无法自行控制，遇上个二胎的，一扭头的时间或许就有可能漏产。说的一点都不夸张，所以经常弄的我们心理很紧张。另外也很危险，因为我们经常接触血液，稍不小心就有可能感染传染病。尽管我们的工作很脏很累，但是当我们听到新生儿来到世上那第一声有力的啼哭，我们会很欣慰 ，我们的工作是迎接新生命的到来，是拉开人生帷幕的人。
两年的工作体验让我感觉到护士的工作不像别人说的那样伟大，很平凡。但可贵的是，我们都在坚守着这种平凡，都在平凡中默默奉献。马克思说过：如果我们选择最能为人类服务的职业，我们就不会为任何沉重负担所压倒，因为这是为全人类作出的牺牲，那时我们得到的将不是可怜的、有限的、自私自利的欢乐，我们的幸福将属于亿万人。我们的事业虽然并不能显赫一时，但将永远发挥作用。这句话难道不是很好的映射了我们选择的职业了吗?
在平凡中我们奉献，在奉献中我们更有义务将护理工作提升一个更高的起点。
很早以前，就有人提出了“三分治疗，七分护理’，这很鲜明的指出了护理工作的重要性。南丁格尔说过，“护理工作是一门艺术，护士要有一颗同情的心和一双愿意工作的手”。我们应该努力学习塑造新形象的护士。转变观念，善于学习，不断完善自己，充实自己，实践护理模式的转变，不能再像以前那样单纯的执行医嘱，头痛医头，脚痛医脚，而是应该能动的执行医嘱，将病人看作一个整体的人来进行护理，让病人得到更全面、更整体、更系统化的服务。我们一定要尽自己最大的能力和爱心帮助他们减轻痛苦，为他们支撑起无力的生命。
医院的搬迁，为我们带来了更大更好的发展前景，我做为一名新时代的年轻护士，我一定会顺应时代护理发展的要求，顺应医院发展的需要，坚持不懈地学习，为我们伟大的护理事业努力奋斗!

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence， they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men， yes， black men as well as white men， would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life， liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note， insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation， america has given the negro people a bad check， a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
