二、挑选英语基础好责任心强的学生为小组长。

三、上课。
课堂上我总讲究本节课所定目标的落实，哪怕学习很少的内容也要力求做到每个同学都掌握。英语上有小组对话练习，我就实行加分制，一个对话练习正确得5分，错一处扣一分，然后再把班分成四个大组进行竞争，一个月后对4个大组进行总结，表彰得分最多的大组，可以在周末作业布置对本大组布置点作业。
四、任务落实。
130多个学生，对于学习任务我该如何落实呢？主要依靠课代表和小组长，还有个大组选的检员。在任务落实上我做到：基础知识人人过关，重点知识人人掌握。每一单元开始学习时要求全体学生单词人人过关，每个学生的单词都要会读，而且是我亲自落实；我在辅导时间重点落实各班的4号同学，保证他们基础知识必须过关。
五、批改作业。
英语作业主要是面批，有错误直接指出来并纠正。小组长批改，我检查，发现一处错误本人和组长都罚超3遍在练习本上。

一、 常规教学力求实效
1、精心备课，提高课堂教学效率。平时的教学活动中，在郝主任的带领下，我和李老师、张老师共同研究教材，研究课标，精心备课。备教材方面，每个单元的学习之前，我先把整单元的内容做一个整体的认知和概括，教材中的let’s learn、let’s talk、read联系的非常紧密，只有理清它们的内部联系形成知识系统才能在授课中使学生整体认知，使学生新旧知识相结合，产生迁移，提高学生兴趣。备学生方面，通过学情分析预测学生在学习中各个目标过程的达成情况，然后有针对性的进行教学设计。
2、努力搞好课堂教学，使学生掌握良好的学习方法。课堂上通过采用各种措施、批评手段促进各个层次学生的提高。比如教单词时用猜猜游戏、大小声游戏、教句子时用传话筒游戏等都可以调动学生的积极性，同时可以创设一定的情景，使学生在特定的情景中学习，可以加深学生对所学知识的理解和运用。
3、课后辅导及作业力求质量，在作业方面，除了让学生抄写单词，结对记忆单词，还要放在一定的语境中去记单词。为了提高学生的作业质量我采取作业积分制，每天统计各班作业优秀本数及出错本数，然后责任到人进行整改，优秀的学生可根据规则免作业，极大地提高了学生的积极性。
4、巩固优生，转化后进生，对于优秀的学生，要通过训练巩固他们的学习成果，而后进生的转化，才是提高学生总体成绩的关键，爱心是转化后进生的好方法，对他们多一些赞美，让他们充满自信，体会到成功的快乐，孩子的心灵是敏感的，只有走进他们的心灵，许多问题就会迎刃而解。
二、持之以恒，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯
1、培养学生认真书写的习惯。
在书写方面，我从小处着眼，不放过纠正每一个学生不良学习习惯的细节和机会，从每一次作业、每一次小测验抓起，使学生认识到书写的重要性。
2、培养学生良好的朗读、背诵英语的习惯。
“书读百遍，其义自见”不仅适用于语文教学，英语教学也不例外。只有反复朗读，多多背诵，才能积累大量的语言信息，丰富学生的英语词汇量，在阅读、写作时有话可说。教学中，我充分利用每周的早读课及英语课上的5-10分钟时间，让学生放声朗读，并指导学生把课文中的重点句子和习惯用语，熟读成诵。
3、培养学生良好的审题、做题习惯
无论是在平时的练习中，还是在考试中，都要养成会审题、认真审题的习惯，这样你不仅能按要求认真做题，而且只要认真审题，你能轻而易举的找到答案或做题方法，通过认真审题，找到知识间的内在联系，用心去学，一定能取得很好的效果。
三、落实新课标精神，切实提高学生的综合语言运用能力
新课标要求要面向全体学生，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力，重点培养学生的阅读能力，在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，在本次期中考试中共有3篇阅读理解，学生在本题失分教多，通过调查原因一是学生做题不够认真，有的同学没有注意到细节而做错，二是学生词汇量少，阅读理解能力较差，看见较长的短文就没耐心读下去导致失分，因此在以后的学习中我们要在这方面下功夫，培养孩子的耐心，通过让孩子多读多背，不断增强语感，提高学生综合运用语言的能力。
