一进家门，我就看见奶奶正忙着准备下午的饭菜，爷爷在打扫卫生，我和爸爸帮着贴春联和挂起两个大红灯笼，家里一下子有了节日的'气氛。不一会儿，奶奶就做好了一桌丰盛的团圆饭。远方的姑姑、小叔叔、婶婶也都回来了，我们全家围着桌子津津有味地吃了起来，我还给爷爷、奶奶、小叔叔敬酒。祝他们新年快乐、牛气冲天、阖家欢乐、万事如意！吃完团圆饭后，我们全家去山上祭拜祖先，给祖先烧纸钱、烧香蜡、放鞭炮，这样也可以让祖先过一个快乐的新年。爸爸说：“过年不能望了死去的亲人。”

to keep the enemy out of his empire,emperor qin shi huang had all the walls joined up.thus,the great wall came into being.the great wall is wide enough at the top for five horses or ten men to walk side by side.along the wall are watchtowers,where soldiers used to keep watch.
fires were lit on the the towers as a warning when the enemy came.it was very difficult to build such a wall in the ancient days without any modern machines.all the work was done by hand.thousands of men died and were buried under the wall they built.the great wall was made not only of stone and earth,but of the flesh and blood of millions of men.
