飘对我的触动太大了,主要是性格上的,虽然我不知道自己能不能更正自己的一些毛病,但是我觉得自己还是有一些收获的。

瑞德是一个谜一般的人物,书中没有正面提高过他的年龄,我以为他只是一个比思嘉大几岁的年轻人而已,但是我想不明白的是为什么他对世事的认识那么清楚,每次都跑不出他的预料,还有他的性格一点都不虚伪,对一些人看上去非常的刻薄,但是他对真诚的人完全是两个样子的。他知道自己的想法,也不羞于表现自己的小人,虽然其很不小人,那些行动只是语言上的而已。当然了,最令我欣赏的是虽然他看透了一切,但是他没有丧失热情,没有像一个苦行僧一样,如死水一般,无爱无恨,他还是对生活充满了热情,看看他为思嘉做的那些事,看看他去为失败的南方服的兵役。

其实思嘉才是对我触动最大的,毕竟我感觉瑞德虽然厉害,但对我这个凡夫俗子来说太遥远了一点,我没有他那么高的的境界,思嘉才是给我触动最大的,看看她遇到问题时的解决办法,具体就不写了,如果有兴趣可以自己去翻书,令我自己太汗颜了,自己太害羞了,太缺乏勇气了,什么都缩手缩脚的,想用她激励自己,想要什么就要去争取、去做才可以。

一、备教材

教师在上课之前,首先要对教材有深刻的认识。分析教材内容和教学而目标,把握教材的重难点。只有充分地吃透教材,教师才对这课的教学下“良方”。

二、备学生

教学活动的对象是学生,每个学生都充满着丰富多彩的个性。要教育他们,就必须充分了解他们。因此教师在备课时要从学生原有的知识水平和学习兴趣出发,使每一个学生都能通过自己的教学活动得到全面发展。例如备课时,不能把教学内容备得过难或过于简单。太难,学生无法接受;太简单,学生则缺乏兴趣。备课的时候,教师还要多想些点子,如在课堂教学中加入音乐、游戏、歌谣等。让学生能学着乐,更要乐于学。

三、备老师

同一课的教学内容在不同的班级里会有不同的教学效果。这就要求教师在上课时不能千篇一律,一成不变,要有随机应变的能力。对于不同的班级学生要选择适合相应的教学方法进行教学,才能扬长避短,取得最好的教学效果;

四、反思

在写完教案之后,有一个特别重要的步骤,那就是写反思。通过反思,教师对自己的教学实践做出进一步的思考和总结,并不断地积极探索与解决教育实践中的一系列问题,从而进一步充实自己,提高教学水平。如果没有反思这个步骤,那么我们整个的备课是不完整的。

oliver grew up in a workhouse. he never felt the warmth of his mothers love and family. he always lived in hell. at the age of nine, mr. bumble sent him to the home of a mortician named sulbury as an assistant, but it was no better or worse than the workhouse, so oliver could not bear the inhumane life and fled here, ready to go to the "fog city" - london.

when he arrived in london, he met two evil doers, one was the robber sikes, the other was the thief fagin. later fagin wanted to train him to be a thief, because he became a thief, and the mystery of his life was also revealed.

it is often said, and three people in the world is remembered because of sherlock holmes. first, arthur conan doyle, and the second, watson, and a third is jielimibulaite, who played holmes.

but i think this is bad.

because the detective, people remember even liking the most spectacular in england, dusky dark london streets, low-energy official stupid discussion, even professor moriarty and sherlock yoga. from prying eyes out of different nationalities, different time frames and local customs.

我认为对每一位英语学习者来说,朗读和背诵是必不可少的。尤其对初学英语的初中学生来说是至关重要的。朗读和背诵是提高学生英语口语能力和英语成绩的有效途径,也是必经之路。朗读和背诵也是克服当前中国学生的"哑巴英语"的有效途径。更为重要的是朗读和背诵还有以下几方面的好处:

第一通过朗读和背诵,可以积累大量实用的.英语短语、句子、习惯用语;可以扩大视野,在脑子里储存大量有用的词汇、短语、习惯用法。

第二通过大量的朗读和背诵可以培养语感。语感的培养离不开"读"这种最基本的实践方式。朗读是训练语感的好方法,让学生反复朗读甚至背诵作品,特别是精彩段落和句子。读得多了,背得多了,自然就形成了英语语感。语感一旦形成,在以后的学习中可以受益匪浅。比如有一道填空题,你甚至不知道这个句子的具体意义,你却能说出该填什么词,这就是你的语感。这样就可以自然的避免许多不必要的错误。

第三,坚持不懈的朗读和背诵也是训练语言、语调、语流和连贯性、流畅性口语表达能力的有效途径,有助于改进语音。通过朗读,尤其是模仿正确、地道的英语语音语调,可以纠正和训练自己的语音语调,掌握说英语的种种技巧,如连读、失去爆破、同化、重读、弱读等,从而迅速发展口语表达能力。

因此,在初中阶段尤其是初一的英语教学中一定要重视朗读和背诵。
